PROFESSIONAL - SUMMARY



·     1 Year of professional experience in SAP Sales and distribution module at Havmor Ice cream Ltd, plus 5 months of learning experience in Personal Training.

·     Configuration knowledge of SAP SD Core areas like Sales and Return processes, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Integration of SD with FI and MM Modules and Can manage project as in a capacity of Support Consultant.

·     Conceptual knowledge of As-Is Systems Analysis, Design, Data migration, Gap Analysis and Implementation.



JOB ROLE - (KRA)



·         Support to Plant Team, C&F, SSP (Virtual plant), Distributor, dealer & vendors to resolve issues of distribution network to smooth functioning of logistics cycle.

·         Define & Create Pricing Conditions, Price groups according to territories and maintain them accurately in SAP and MIS (for secondary sales).

·         Material Master Data Management: Open New SKU’s (Material code) for all type of items in SAP (RM, PM, SFG, Finished Goods) & maintenance of stock along with validity’s of the same. Analyze & Prepare report’s for scheme & promotional activities.

·         Conduct training for end users depending on the requirement of SAP-SD. Coordinate with ABAP/Project Manager for new requirement or old developments from users like reports, layouts etc. Requirement gathering, Process design, Analyze and Updates the reports to senior management. Team co-ordination across all departments for smooth operation.

SD SKILL SET & EXPOSURE

     

·     Understand Functional requirements from business users. Requirement gathering & process mapping for new development.

·     Profound understanding of the sales and distribution processes and able to pinpoint the origin of faults, processes developed for error rectification.

·     After implementation support of SD functions and processes (Includes Sales, Billing, Pricing, Basic Functionality, Sipping, Logistics, etc.) Quality documentation and coordination with business users.

·     Customization of partners, order, delivery and invoice (Order type, number  ranges, purchase order type, order reason, partner determination, pricing, free goods, material determination, item category, blocking, delivery type, invoice type, etc.)

·     Create & maintain Customer & Credit control Master data in SAP & MIS (CRM).

·         Enterprise Structure: Defining organizational units and assigning them in customizing, Enterprise structure and its relationship with MM and FI.

·         Creating Customers master, Material master and Account groups for Customer, Material info records and Partner determination procedures.                     

·         Customizing Sales Document Types, Item Categories and Schedule Line Categories.

·         Special Features like Material Determination, Material Listing and Exclusion, Business Transactions like Rush Order, Cash Sales and Consignment Process.

·         Overview of Shipping /Billing & Pricing Configuration, Controlling Sales Doc., Deliveries & Output/ Texts. Knowledge of Availability Checks.
